Leroy Francis, Jr.

Leroy Francis Jr. is a proud Texan, born in Houston and raised in Dallas. He is a devoted husband and father of six, as well as a loving grandfather of eight. Leroy has always had a passion for serving others, and he believes in the power of faith and wisdom to guide younger generations towards a brighter future.
